Featuring Notre Dame’s traditional Collegiate Gothic brick-and-stone exterior, the Stayer Center for Executive Education will become the home of the Mendoza College of Business Executive Education department. Executive Education supports and serves leaders and other working professionals through the Executive MBA, open enrollment and custom programs. In contrast to the building’s classic exterior, the interior will feature a contemporary design and finishes that convey an inviting and forward-thinking learning environment.

The three-story, 54,000 square-foot structure will occupy the land just south of the Mendoza College of Business building. The facility will include a chapel, five classrooms, small team breakout rooms, an executive lounge, a multi-purpose room and administrative offices. The building design features a two-story grand concourse with soaring glass windows that will connect students, participants and staff with the campus and allow natural light to stream into the building.

Groundbreaking is tentatively planned for fall 2010 if complete funding is achieved, with a completion target of spring 2012.
